E-MODUL PSIKOLOGI WELLNESS BERBASIS MOOC INOVASI PEMBELAJARAN UNTUK MENGURANGI STRES DAN MENINGKATKAN PRODUKTIVITAS KARYAWAN

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan e-modul Psikologi Wellness berbasis website MOOC yang dirancang untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan mental, mengurangi stres, dan meningkatkan produktivitas kerja karyawan. Dalam era industri modern, kesejahteraan karyawan merupakan faktor penting yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja dan efektivitas organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Tahap pertama adalah analisis kebutuhan dan karakteristik pengguna, diikuti dengan desain materi, pengembangan e-modul, serta implementasi dan evaluasi produk. E-modul yang dikembangkan mencakup materi terkait manajemen stres, ketahanan mental, work-life balance, dan ergonomi, serta dirancang agar mudah diakses oleh karyawan melalui platform MOOC. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa e-modul yang dikembangkan memenuhi kriteria kelayakan dengan skor rata-rata di atas 81%, masuk dalam kategori “Sangat Layak” menurut ahli materi dan ahli media. Uji coba lapangan terhadap 10 responden menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan peserta tentang konsep wellness sebesar 23% dan penurunan stres kerja yang signifikan. Respon positif juga diperoleh terkait tampilan visual, kemudahan akses, dan fleksibilitas pembelajaran melalui MOOC. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa e-modul berbasis MOOC dapat menjadi solusi efektif dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan karyawan dan produktivitas organisasi. E-modul ini dapat diimplementasikan secara lebih luas sebagai bagian dari program pelatihan berkelanjutan bagi karyawan di berbagai industri.
