Abstract


Aset digital mengalami pertumbuhan signifikan dalam era digital bahkan menjadi pilar utama dalam perubahan paradigma keuangan global. Fenomena ini mencakup cryptoassets, token digital, properti digital, dan lainnya, yang semuanya dikelola secara digital. Sebagian aset digital dapat digunakan sebagai alat pembayaran dan lainnya tetap sebagai media investasi. Blockchain memainkan peran krusial dalam mendukung ekosistem aset digital, dimana aset digital diamankan dengan teknologi kriptografi yang dikenal dengan cryptoassets. Namun tantangan seperti regulasi, volatilitas pasar, dan masalah lingkungan memerlukan solusi lintas sektor diberbagai negara. Bagi pengguna aset digital yang beragama Islam, kepatuhan terhadap prinsip syariah menjadi isu yang penting, yaitu bagaimana menciptakan lingkungan yang sesuai dengan syariah. Masalah terkait larangan gharar, maisir, riba dan prinsip keadilan dalam transaksi. Prinsip syariah pada cryptocurrency tidak hanya menciptakan lingkungan finansial yang sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Islam, tetapi juga memberikan kepastian hukum, menjaga keseimbangan distribusi kekayaan masyarakat, dan memastikan bahwa aktivitas ekonomi memberikan manfaat positif secara luas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan kerangka sistem aset digital pada infrastruktur blockchain yang sejalan dengan prinsip syariah Islam. Kerangka ini diharapkan dapat mendorong penerapan aset kripto yang lebih luas dan berkelanjutan. Artikel ini malaporkan hasil penelitian yang telah selesai merumuskan ekosistem cryptocurrency sesuai syariah dengan enam pilar utama, yaitu Perisai Syariah, Platform Blockchain, Aplikasi, Pertukaran dan Pasar, serta Regulasi Keuangan. Ekosistem cryptocurrency tersebut merupakan sebuah kerangka sistem aset digital pada infrastruktur blockchain yang memberikan landasan kokoh untuk mencapai kesesuaian dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah.
