ANALISIS KONTEN EDUKASI MATEMATIKA BERBASIS INSTAGRAM REELS PADA MATERI TRIGONOMETRI SISWA SMA KELAS X
Abstract
This study aims to evaluate the impact of mathematics educational content based on Instagram Reels on learning basic trigonometry, focusing on visual, audio, and material delivery aspects, as well as to identify the most effective content in enhancing the learning interest of tenth-grade high school students. The study population consisted of over 50,000 followers of the researcher’s personal Instagram account, with 1,736 high school students selected as the sample through a preliminary survey using the polling feature among 4,134 followers. This research employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model, which includes analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages, to produce valid and practical educational video content. The feasibility test results indicated that the learning media achieved average scores ranging from 4.53 to 4.58, categorized as “Highly Feasible.” Practicality testing showed an average percentage of 84.77%, classified as “Highly Practical,” with high ratings for ease of use, student engagement, material comprehension, and learning relevance. The findings demonstrate that mathematics educational content based on Instagram Reels is effective, engaging, and capable of enhancing motivation and learning interest among tenth-grade high school students in basic trigonometry.
