PERAN GURU IPA SMP DALAM PEMANFAATAN TEKNOLOGI DIGITAL PADA PEMBELAJARAN ABAD-21
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi sejauh mana guru menggunakan teknologi digital dalam proses pembelajaran IPA di SMP. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi analisis, yang menekankan pemahaman mendalam tentang fenomena tersebut. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas 7 di SMPN di Kabupaten Pasuruan, dengan data yang dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik triangulasi, dengan langkah-langkah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru IPA di SMPN di Kabupaten Pasuruan menggunakan teknologi seperti Edmodo, Google Classroom, dan live worksheets untuk meningkatkan interaktivitas dan fleksibilitas pembelajaran. Terdapat tantangan seperti kesenjangan akses teknologi yang perlu diatasi melalui dukungan infrastruktur dan keterlibatan orang tua. Pentingnya dukungan dari orang tua dan evaluasi berkelanjutan terhadap penggunaan teknologi juga ditekankan untuk memastikan keberhasilannya. Dengan demikian, integrasi teknologi yang bijaksana dan relevan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan kompetensi siswa di era digital ini.
