Abstract

Tujuan dari penulisan untuk mengurangi jam kosong di sekolah, mengurangi jumlah guru yang terlambat datang di sekolah, mengurangi jumlah guru yang terlambat masuk kelas.Yang dimaksud manajemen RE adalah sebuah konsep manajemen yang berarti upaya-upaya untuk menciptakan teori atau konsep baru (Tentunya yang lebih efektif) berkaitan dengan cara mengelola sebuah sekolah dengan 6 langkah melalui sebuah siklus (cycling). Keenam langkah tersebut adalah “reorienting, relearnin, replanning, redoing, rechecking, dan re-acting”. Inti dari manajemen ini adalah bagaimana seorang kepala sekolah memberdayakan semua aspek yang ada disekolah, untuk dikelola secara profesional dan total, melalui tahapan-tahapan yang digambarkan melalui model siklus tersebut. Selain itu bagaimana komponen-komponen yang ada dalam siklus tersebut dapat disinergikan sehingga pola pengelolaan sekolah yang menurut penulis bersifat spiralis tidak terjadi “missing link”.Adapun pola siklus yang penulis tawarkan dimulai dari pengendalian, perbaikan/peningkatan, pemeliharaan, tindakan, perencanaan, pemeriksaan dan pelaksanaan. Pengendalian perlu dilakukan terhadap produk input, proses pengerjaan (KBM) atau implementasi PBM hingga akhir output. Untuk itu perlu dikembangkan “mentalitas berkwalitas guru” yang melekat pada pelaku proses (built in quality) dan menerapkan do it right the first time.Dari hasil yang diperoleh dapat disampaikan disini bahwa dengan manajemen RE dapat menformat disiplin guru dan berefek pada disiplin siswa, yang akhirnya akan mewujudkan sekolah yang efektif dan unggul.

Abstract

               The purpose of writing is to reduce free hours at school, reduce the number of teachers who are late coming to school, reduce the number of teachers who are late for class.What is meant by RE management is a management concept which means efforts to create new theories or concepts (certainly more effective) related to how to manage a school with 6 steps through a cycle (cycling). The six steps are "reorienting, relearning, replanning, redoing, rechecking, and re-acting".   The essence of this management is how a school principal empowers all aspects of the school, to be managed professionally and totally, through the stages described through the cycle model. Besides that, how the components in the cycle can be synergized so that the school management pattern which according to the author is spiralistic does not occur "missing link".             The cycle pattern that the writer offers starts from controlling, improving / improving, maintaining, acting, planning, examining and implementing. Control needs to be done on input products, work processes (KBM) or PBM implementation until the end of the output. For this reason, it is necessary to develop a "teacher quality mentality" that is inherent to process actors (built in quality) and to implement do it right the first time.       The results obtained can be conveyed here that with RE management can format teacher discipline and have an effect on student discipline, which will ultimately create an effective and superior school.
